Dorchester Apartments
CURRENT PROJECT
Kirberg Company recently completed an astounding roof renovation project at the Dorchester Apartments in the Central West End neighborhood in St. Louis. For this regal building adjacent to Forest Park, Kirberg removed the old roof systems - both installed in the last 10 years and both failing to meet the owner's performance expectations - and installed new roof systems. The roof and insulation systems installed by Kirberg combined multiple layers of insulation and a durable yet flexible roof membrane designed to maximize the owner's investment and perform for decades, instead of merely years.
